When you sign up for or use Quickie Card, we collect:

- Payment information (processed by Stripe — Neighbors Choice never sees or stores your full card number)
- The content you submit for your digital card (business name, role, tagline, photo, button labels and URLs)
- Basic usage data (visits to your card page, device type, browser)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use this information to:
- Create and host your digital card
- Process payments and recurring billing
- Email you about your account, your card, and service updates
- Improve our service
- Comply with legal obligations
Neighbors Choice does not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Information Sharing
We share information only with vendors required to operate Quickie Card:
- Stripe — payment processing
- GoHighLevel — customer relationship and email automation
- Mailgun — email delivery
- Hostinger — website and card hosting
These vendors are contractually obligated to handle your information securely.
4. Emails
By signing up, you'll receive transactional emails (your card link, account updates, billing notices). These are required to operate the service.
If Neighbors Choice sends marketing emails in the future, you'll have the option to unsubscribe at any time.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- View the personal data we have about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and personal data (we'll delete within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain billing records)
