1. The Service
Quickie Card provides a digital business card hosted at a unique URL on quickiecard.com. Customers may also purchase a physical NFC tap card that links to their digital card.
We offer three plans:
- Starter Plan — $7/month, no setup fee. Billed monthly starting on signup. Includes a hosted digital card only.
- Tap Kit Plan — $49 one-time setup, then $11/month recurring. Includes a hosted digital card, a physical NFC tap card shipped to you, and up to 2 free replacement cards per year (you pay shipping on replacements).
- Tap Kit Pro — $69 one-time setup, then $19/month recurring. Includes everything in Tap Kit plus a built-in booking calendar embedded as a card button, automatic appointment confirmations, review reminder emails sent to your clients, and up to 3 free replacement cards per year. (Tap Kit Pro is launching in 2–4 weeks.)
2. Recurring Billing
All plans are subscriptions. After your initial setup payment, you will be automatically charged the monthly amount using the payment method on file. Charges continue monthly until you cancel.
By purchasing, you authorize Neighbors Choice to charge your card on a recurring basis. Stripe processes all payments on our behalf.
3. Physical Card Shipping (Tap Kit and Tap Kit Pro only)
Physical NFC cards are shipped via USPS within 2–3 business days after your card content is finalized through our intake form. Neighbors Choice is not responsible for delivery delays or losses caused by USPS. Tracking is provided when available.
Replacement cards. Tap Kit subscribers receive up to 2 free replacement cards per active subscription year. Tap Kit Pro subscribers receive up to 3 free replacement cards per active subscription year. You are responsible for shipping costs on all replacements. Replacements are only available while your subscription is active.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We are working on a self-serve cancellation feature. Until that's available, simply email hello@quickiecard.com with the subject line "Cancel" and the email address on your account. Neighbors Choice will cancel your subscription within 2 business days of receiving your request.
After cancellation, your digital card will remain live through the end of your current billing period and will be deactivated thereafter.
5. Prohibited Conduct / Content You Provide
You are responsible for the content you submit through our intake form (business name, role, tagline, photo, links, etc.). You agree not to submit content that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, is misleading, or violates any third-party platform's terms of service.
Neighbors Choice reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, without refund.
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- Impersonate others or provide false information.
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise our systems.
6. Refund Policy
Neighbors Choice offers refunds within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are dissatisfied with the service. Email hello@quickiecard.com with your refund request and the email address on your account.
Monthly recurring charges after the initial 7-day window are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, your card remains active through the end of the billing period, but no partial refund is issued.
Physical NFC cards (Tap Kit and Tap Kit Pro) are non-refundable once shipped due to the personalized nature of the product.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or outages may occasionally affect access to your card. Neighbors Choice is not liable for damages caused by service interruptions.
8. Intellectual Property
Quickie Card and its branding, design system, and platform are owned by Neighbors Choice Ad Co. LLC. The content you submit remains yours; you grant Neighbors Choice a limited license to host and display it on the digital card you purchased.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Neighbors Choice to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to These Terms
Neighbors Choice may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of Quickie Card after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Fairfield County, Connecticut.
